Scott's Scientific Findings

Happiness Stone
When this Stone comes into contact with a Pokemon that evolves by Happiness, the Pokemon reaches Max Happiness and evolves. However, the stone has been proven ineffective to pokemon with Happiness levels under 100.
Price: 1500 or more

If it's ok, the happiness stone can only be used when their pokemon's happiness is at 100!

Also, I thought of another item:

Rare Chocolate
If a Pokemon Consumes this item, That Pokemon gains Five Experience. Although the Pokemon has a 70% chance of having its Happiness lowered by 10
Price: 1200
